Music City Multi Con is Nashville’s Premier Gaming and Pop Culture Convention taking place November 8-10, 2024 at the Farm Bureau Expo Center in Lebanon, TN.

Music City Multi Con has over 100 booths available for vendors and artists.

Convention Changes for 2024

• Vendor Hall and Gaming Hall is now one open space mixed together for better foot traffic.
• Ticket Prices were lowered to increase attendance.
• Show hours were changed to better fit with a mixed vendor and gaming floor plan.
• JSA and Comic Grading services will be on site for the event.
• Early November Dates instead of October.

Vendor Booths Include

• WiFi Access, for Vendor Sales Only.
• Power Access, bring your own power strip.
• Black Table Cloth, if needed.

Vendor Booth Prices:

• 10’x10’ open booth space = $300
• 2 booth spaces (10×20) = $550
• 3 booth spaces (10×30) = $800
• 4 booth spaces (10×40) = $1000
• 4 booth spaces (20×20) = $1000
*A $50 security deposit will be added on to the booth fee. At the end of the convention you will receive the security deposit back. If your booth space isn’t clean or you packed up before the end of show you forfeit your deposit.

Vendor Room Hours:

Friday Nov 8, 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday Nov 9, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday Nov 10, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Once approved you will be sent a link for payment. Booths are NOT reserved until invoice is paid. Once we sell out of space unpaid invoices will be cancelled.
